Farm Cottage is a beautifully renovated cottage within a converted dairy farm, Duntish Mill Farm. The farm is located in a stunning part Dorset’s AONB.
Surrounded by plenty of gorgeous countryside walks, village pubs, historic towns and the Jurassic Coast only a short drive away, there will be plenty to do for anyone to enjoy on a relaxing countryside escape.
There is off road parking along with EV Charging. Private courtyard and open plan kitchen, living and dining area.

Availability
The Space
Duntish Mill Farm is a beautifully renovated farm located in the stunning Dorset countryside. There is free on-site parking, including two EV fast charging points. Free high speed WIFI. Dogs are welcome at £25/dog. Farm Cottage is all single storey with only one small step in and out, so ideal for the less mobile person. There is also a lovely village shop and local pub which is dog friendly less than a mile away.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of Farm cottage, including the private enclosed courtyard — perfect for relaxing or letting your dog out safely.
You’ll also have access to the shared grass paddock, a large, fully enclosed space ideal for dog exercise or soaking up the countryside views.
There is off-road parking directly outside the cottage, and access to an EV charging point (PodPoint app required).
Family-Friendly Amenities
Dog-friendly – up to 3 dogs welcome
We love dogs! You're welcome to bring up to 3 well-behaved dogs with you. There's a £25 charge per dog per stay to cover additional cleaning. Please keep dogs off furniture and beds, and let us know in advance if you're bringing pets.
Early check-in (subject to availability)
We can sometimes offer early check-in from 1pm for £30, depending on our changeover schedule. If you’d like to request this, just send us a message and we’ll confirm availability for your stay.
Outdoor space
You’ll have a private enclosed area and access to a large, shared grass paddock, fully fenced and perfect for dog play. Please be mindful of other guests and dogs when using the shared space.
EV charging
We have a PodPoint EV charger available on-site. Payment is made directly through the PodPoint app, so please ensure you have it downloaded before arrival.
Peaceful countryside location
Duntish Mill Farm is in a quiet rural spot — expect fresh air, big skies, and the sounds of nature. Shops and services are a short drive, so we recommend bringing essentials.
Starter essentials provided
We include basics to get you going: tea, coffee, loo roll, hand soap, and washing-up liquid.
